Steps to Complete Your Clearinghouse Screening

Initiates the Screening

Initiate your background screening in the AHCA Clearinghouse. Once you do, you’ll receive: A Live Scan Request Form (with your name and ORI number pre-filled) and a copy of the AHCA Clearinghouse Privacy Policy

Schedule your appointment

Bring the required identification documents to your appointment.

Fingerprinting Session

Print your pre-populated Live Scan Request form from CHAI or have it available on your phone at the time of your appointment. We will issue you a TCN (Transaction Control Number) at the time of your appointment. Be sure to keep it in a safe place.
